Vinyasa Flow with Joelle
Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic style that links breath with movement. Often called “flow,” this practice focuses on one breath per movement (e.g., inhale to expand, exhale to fold) to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health while reducing stress.
Physical Benefits: Improved cardiovascular endurance, increased strength, and enhanced flexibility.
Mental Benefits: Reduces stress, builds focus, and creates a “magic” feeling through synchronized breath and movement.
Gear: Lightweight, sweat-wicking clothes that allow for free movement are recommended. Bring your yoga mat.
