Together as McLean, Rawling & McLean, these three accomplished singer-songwriters bring decades of experience, distinctive voices, original songs, and a shared love of great storytelling to the stage. Expect an intimate evening of exceptional musicianship, rich harmonies, stories, and songs that travel through folk, roots, country, blues and beyond.
Keiffer McLean is a Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist known for his distinctive blend of Progressive Western Folk. With a rich baritone voice, skillful guitar work and poetic, sometimes mystical lyrics, he creates music that feels both timeless and deeply personal. A two-time Canadian Folk Music Award nominee and Independent Music Award nominee, Keiffer has toured throughout Canada and the United States and shared stages with artists including Colter Wall, The Milk Carton Kids, The Dead South and The Deep Dark Woods. His music combines the rugged spirit of Western folk with literary lyricism, unconventional songcraft and compelling storytelling.
Bruce Rawling brings more than four decades of experience as a touring musician, singer-songwriter, recording artist, session musician, producer and engineer. His songwriting spans rock, folk, bluegrass and country, exploring life, relationships and faith. His song Walk On Faith, written for the independent film Year by the Sea, was shortlisted in 2017–18 for consideration for an Academy Award nomination for Original Song. More recently, Rawling recorded a collection of original material in Nashville, and his song Saving Up for a Sunny Day has been covered by SPBGMA International Bluegrass champions The Waddington Brothers.
Bongo Bob (Robert McLean) draws from traditional blues, folk and a touch of gospel, with a sound that can evoke the intimacy of Hill Country Blues or the soulful energy of a Muscle Shoals studio. His deep, warm voice and honest songwriting turn everyday experiences into songs that are relatable, heartfelt and deeply human. Whether performing solo or with a full band, Bongo has a gift for creating a genuine connection with his audience.
