The property at <strong>204 Elizabeth Ave.</strong> was purchased because of the location – only 2 blocks from the main beach and central to many popular attractions – and most exciting was a cindercrete block building that could be set up as Sarah’s bronze foundry, while the attached garage could be converted into Clayton’s studio.
